GRB has become so boring, and with the know cheats and exploits is by no means fair.
I propose i completely redo GRB with Harder Mobs and more GRB Points. Maybe even A Quest that gives GRB Points. Some Rare Items that only drop in GRB. And Some more Guild Stuff.

The Guild from Each Faction that turn in List of Toon Names of players that the guild has Plv to 90, Each Week.
The Player will be verified ingame.
Guild With Most Plvs Will Receive Great Reward!
The Top 3 Guild Members (decided by Guild) will receive: Lord Rings & Amulet.
Guild House will receive Complete Set Of Armor Pvp armor of Leader's choice.
200 lv8 Lapis Assortment
100 lv9 Lapis
60 lv8 abs
40 lv9 abs
50 LL
50 PL
50 PeHs
Winners Will Be Determine Each Sunday; After GRB.
The Player will be verified ingame.
