As Discussed with you earlier Thank you for taking the time out to look at this,

First of all he gave me a Pain 7 instead of Freezing 7 when i pointed out that it was the Freezing 7 i needed

he came back and swapped the pain 7 for a Freezing 6 when explained this to him he just Laughed and said he was quite happy for me to report him so here it is.

Hi..i watch many times you're SS's and :
1: didnt see that u receive pail lvl 7 or any lapis..say that transaction has been canceled;
2: It does not show that after u receive the pain 7 u gave it back
3: i dont see where he say that u can report and he doesnt care.

Sory but in my opinion this is not enough proof to show that u have been scamed.

After checking the ss's this is what I found...
In first ss which is actually number 4 in the album you can see FSNOLI asking in trade to trade freezing level 7 for Craft level 9, but he also said a few minutes/seconds later that he wants to trade pain level 6 for 4 crafts level 9.
and I also see you respond with sure, which is were i get a bit confused, cause sadly nowhere in these ss's says that you tell him that it's the first trade you are after and not the second one, I see him saying that he's doing the 4 for the one pain level 6.
But I can understand the confusion, but tbh I don't think he was intensionally trying to scam you, but that you both had a miscommunication before the trade happened.

So to conclude, I'm not sure there is anything we can do about this, because it seems all legit so far.

lol and about the SS I think this I only can see a normal trade, You SSed in the wrong moment. Do that more clrearly for the staff, they are a normal people, So think in that and do it easier for them. They need take decisions based in your evidence.

If you are right They will see it and will act, that is the reason of what a lot of Reports fail.

UNO this is a Free Forum you can say your opinion, but don't act like a staff If you aren't, just say "I think" at the begining of all your opinions, that works for me

I agree with Sessy, 4 in SS seems quite regular and does not seem a thing punishable ......

Wow i did not expect to see so many replies, ty all very much for your comments.

Whilst i could have been more thourough on the Screenshots its true. but i think most have missed the point here.

1) He wanted to sell Freezing level 7 (as you can see)

2) i wanted to buy freezing 7 (as you can see)

3) why would he not give me Freezing 7

4) after all he got my 4 x craft

most honest players would have simply handed over the freezing 7

Maby you are right..i spoke with him about that and told him to take a look on you're report on Shayia SK site and his behavior was not so good..something like "i dont care"...so what?" ...something like that. What I thought was strange is tha fact that he didnt denied that he scamed you. Anyway..nor my problem, I just want people to see that he is a biiiig NUB.
