Hehe..is not so easy to be a GS..many ppl thing that they are GS they will receive more respect and they can do what they want but 1st ..you have to earn respect, to respect others so they will respect you and nobody does what they want @ here ...of course this is only my opinion.. I think all of us can play happy and if you want to be the best you can be the best without being a GS

Well Spoken UNO. Is very hard to be GS, It looks like it be fun, having tag, but in reality is very hard to deal with so many different countries and understandings. Is hard to be nice when others are not being nice to you. Is hard to deal with scams, and cheats who try to use you. Is even more hard to deal with jealousy and envy from friends and foes. Is hard to take the abuse from the opposition, and return friendly attitude even when you dont want to. But that is what GS is truly like. Its all the responsibility of staff with no power to control anything, except yourself. Many good players have earn GS position, only to quit playing after they see what it is really like. Most times they are to embarrassed to even return to normal players when they discover they really dont like that responsibility.

On SK im very strict with the rules, especially staff. First rule of all staff GM and GS alike is. GM/GS are SERVANTS to the players, Not RULERS over them. That is very hard policy execute. As we all have those we do not like. Here dont matter if you like them or not, your their servant, you either serve or your dont last long on staff. This is made even harder when you have those who think to destroy you, because they think by destroying you, they have chance at position. Is not true, i assure you, I see what goes on and anyone seeking to destroy staff in an effort to obtain a position, are not rewarded they are banned.
