Here are some example attack respawned. I do not know the penalty for cheating but remove the pvp rank would be a good idea.

Spawn kill : repeated kills at spawn area. Deppends of the case AFK ppl or non AFK ppl. They punish for Spawn kill not Spawn attack.

1) Who died ? Spawn KILL = death

2) How many times ? 0

3) Dont try to decieve the staff.

You was not AFK, So its allowed, You never died, They attacked you cuz They knew what you was not AFK, They knew what you only was acting like you was AFK, Next time dont try to deceive the ppl, stop acting like you are AFK and deceiving the ppl.

I can understand your point, You acted like you was AFK at the spawn area for show us What those ppl kill the afk ppl in spawn point. But This is not the case. Im nothing in this server just a normal ppl who know the rules and try to be fair all the time but in my opinion This dont apply This is not spawn kill anyway.

Agree with DeathWolf and disagree with Dober. This is not spawn kill man. This is spawn attack, As far I know a lot of darks do this in VR killing low lvls ( non AFK So this is 100% allowed ) at TP camp in VR. So thats not allowed ? for me is 100% allowed, If is not allowed ban yourself darks lol All of you do this all the time in VR pvps When lights are near guards. Sorry If Im hard but You need to learn what you cant deceive the staff, for ppl like you a lot of ppl are fucked for injustices

what i seen here is right seems is just spawn atak cose they atak orc and cant kill him (too much REC+ abs i think) but if there was a lvl er ? or other ppl ? i think this ranger make abuse here and he wanna make his rank only in this mode. he use olso lure storm in this spawn point 2 times so what is him intention here? just try to test him DMG? i think no.... he wanna kill in this spawn point ! is a big differences !

when furry atak and camp lighty they dont make this mistakes we all the time pass near spawn point and no kill there but in this SS this intention is evidente they atak repetitive in this point and lure ppl out from this point . the orc dont buff dont talk dont move from spawn point , then what is the conclusion ? better try talk with u ppl lighty Boully and dont try defend them when the act is donne. what i seen here is enought to make decision im v sure about that and u light will loose him rank pvp very fast ill ask NTO take a look first but this ranger is to closer to loose him rank....... sry Boully but this is a fact !

I agree with ZIPP, This is not actual spawn kill, but, is the attempt to do so. And to me attempting to cheat is the same as cheating, and getting caught. If this person did not SS this then some new player would have been his victim.

All Parties in the above SS will Lose all rank and kills. Spawn killing is the killing of a player on spawn point, during respawn, and it is clear from these SS this was attempted, even though they failed in most cases, the attempt was made. /fail cheating is still cheating

But there is question, that rings in my head? Is this Snoopy-nub the same Snoopy that was here before? Someone please research this and post an answer before i punish anyone.

Lights/Furys did it always and like said Russ a news player always victims for this things and if still enjoy place and kills there will be not allowed and please try not stay AFK ON spwn

Yeah I tough in that too and im agree ( about lvlers) but that never happened here in this SS only are assumptions, Ok np for me, This is done and nothing will revert it Russ is the game owner and he take the decitions here, Zipp im just giving my opinion man, darks or lights im impartial here. The orc doesnt talk doesnt move doesnt run but she took SS every 3 sec? She was not afk, only deceiving. Ok we are talking about the orc what can be considerated as a intent of spawn kill but the other SS of PSY and the other guy? Humm...Spawn zone is a safe zone...
I think snoopy-nub/BAD_GIRL_30 ( the orc who was attacked ) used duel-clienting to have a farm raid ! We can see that she always has party for farm ! So she uses this toon only for that, and when she saw that her toon was attacked, she took SSs because spawn killing is not allowed ! So, I think this orc can be considered as a AFK because she was not on this toon at this moment !
But it's just my opinion and I'm agree with zippo too ! =)

If that is true, there is no spawn kill or attack. Because Spawn kill is the kill of someone who is re-spawning. Afk or un moving toons who have already completed spawn are fair game. This Is Not Spawn Killing.

Spawn Killing is the REPEATED Killing of someone who is Re-Spawing after being killed or using a portal to the location.
There are NO SAFE ZONES in PVP ZONE. Is war are all PVP zone is open for attack. Only when someone is in the process of spawing are they safe, and cannot be attacked. If your afk or standing inactive in pvp zone you are fair game. No Punishments will be done.
